一般用法都是be connected with……
英语书上被动语态则有be connected to……的例句。
e.g.The keyboard was connected to the computer.
be connected with……被和....连接
be connected to…… 被连接到......上去.

be connected to很少有这种用法，但是有be related to这个词组。

be related to 强调一种内在的联系,是抽象的

be connected with更强调一种外在的看得见的联系

比如电脑和打印机的连接
the printer is connected with the computer

前者是小物体加到大物体上，是动态
后者是两物体相连，是静态。
