这里的“极限”我直译成了limit，但个人更偏向于用barrier“障碍”一词。
陌生人的沟通环境我用的是distance一词，我认为这里的“环境”主要指的是地域上的距离。
自我的心理极限我用的是subjective“主观的”，很难理解这里的“心理”指的是什么范畴，个人认为用“主观的”一词更贴切，而psychological“心理的”一词似乎更多用于科技文章。

不得不补充的是，一问啥不知用的几个动词非常贴切。
