请帮忙怎么给客人发邮件

年前老总通知生产部说美国客人会有个新的订单过来,那个订单比较的急,年后要安排一下。但是到目前为止我们还是没有收到客人的订单,以前的操作方式是客人直接发邮件过来的。
昨天生产部做排程,过来找我说客人说了要给订单的,怎么会没有?要我发邮件问客人,唉,难呀,请各位大人们帮忙出出主意,怎么给客人发邮件问问这个订单的事情呢?

说明下,以前客人是平均2个月左右时间来一个订单,金融危机后就没法过订单,算算差不多靠半年时间没来订单,所以近期会来订单也不奇怪。这个客人是老总自己接的单子,我们只是负责具体的操作,把清关资料和提单寄给客人。所以。。唉,又不好找老总去问客人,只有我们自己来问了。
啊有哪位大虾帮忙给个英语版的邮件回复给我,E文不大好,怕用错措辞了,惹麻烦,多谢拉~~
