第五项 [损害赔偿]
“甲”方和“乙”方对于本合同以任何一方有责任为由解除或者终止情况下对于另一方的所有的损失进行赔偿。
第六项 [合同解除]
以下各项事由中发生任何一项情况下“甲”丧失期限的利益“乙”可以解除本合同。
