由于Mazars仍然未签我的the agreement of 3 parts,造成CIIC无法将补偿金RMB6440发放给我，请您帮忙通知Mazars签并send to CIIC.

关于我的保费问题，经与Mazars确认，他们正在处理，但社保中心只接受现金交易,因此需要RS将Cash先给Mazars后才能办理，请问是否可以帮忙现在安排the cash to Mazars?因为办理补缴业务的时间为每月的1th to 15th,如果超过此时间，将等待下个月才能办理。

Mazars haven't signed the agreement of 3 parts yet,so ciic cannot give me the compensation(RMB6440).please help me send word to Mazars to sigh it and send it to ciic

they are dealing with something about my insurance after Mazars' affirmance.But the social security center only accepts cash.So it can be done only after RS gives the needed cash to Mazars.Can you arrange a time to let Rs send the cash to Mazars as soon as possible?Because i have to deal with it until next month if i miss the time(1th to 15th each month).
