我需要更换备用轮胎——I need change the spare tire.
注意安全驾驶——pay attention to driving safety.
我有一条新的运动裤——I have a new slacks.
跑步是我的强项——Jog is my strong point.
工作上我要求自己很严格——I request strictly to myself at work.
我选择法语还是德语做我的第二外语呢？——Shall i choose french or german as my second foreige language.
下周我要去纽约公干，可是我不熟悉纽约的地理。——I'll go to NY on business next week,but i don't familiar with the NY traffic.

注意安全驾驶——Drive safe即可，楼主的比较生硬
slacks——常用复数，these slacks；
不熟悉——I am not familiar with XXX, 是用be动词，不用do；
对XX在XX方面要求严格——be strict with somebody in something，require和at用得不对；
跑步Jogging，这里是做主语，不小心犯低级错误了8；
火鸡那句：我觉得traditional改为a tradition，或者整句改为Traditionally，the Europeans have turkey on Christmas day 为好

2、change改为switch
3、safety改为safetly
5\jog改为running

8\but i don't familiar with the NY traffic.该为but i‘m unfamiliar with the NY traffic. be (un)familiar to(……对我不熟悉)\with sth（我对……不熟悉）
