我妈妈之前得了癌症 治疗了2年多医生说比较危险 如果想回国就回去看看
我陪我妈妈回来后 不到1年我妈妈去世了 加上家里些事 我的身体也出了问题 就一直没回去 现在2年多了吧 我是之前我爸爸特殊人才 所以我在还没去美国的时候 全家人就都拿了绿卡了 如果我现在想回美国 需要弄个什么医生证明证明我生病什么的吗 要怎么办 知道的朋友帮助下 谢谢

你这种情况,如果要回去美国,得必须弄个返回签证(returning resident visa), 属于移民签证, 费用400美元. 即使你绿卡没有过期,都要办这类签证, 因为你已经离开美国超过一年了,加上离开美国之前没有办理回美证(return permit). 只要证明有有不可控制的理由,就OK了,例如家庭急事或病因.
