exact不是，exact的副词exactly才是强调词，“正是”。楼上eg:It is exactly what I said.
right,very,just作副词，都是强调词，均可译为“正好，就”。
eg.The hospital is right on my left hand.
eg.This is the very person I am looking for.
eg.It's just in your house.
only也是强调词，是副词。译为“只有”。
eg.Only Jim didn't come last night.

exact是强调词，正好是。eg:It is exactly what I said.
那正是我所说的。
right也是强调词,恰当的。eg: The dog is right in front of me.
only也是的，译为当...时，只要。You can't tell the meaning of those words if only you recognize them.
Just 也是，意思是恰恰。It is just like what you said.
