available 后面跟to还是for

这么说吧，一般来说我觉得available后面跟for的，但是最近看到了跟to的情况：the restrictions on money available to them。一直记得available惯用for 的，还请高手讲讲跟to 和for的区别。什么时候跟to，什么时候跟for？

这要看你的使用场合. available 前面的主语和动词以及说话人的方位来决定的.例如: There are many books available for us. 这是说话人对自己或我们来讲的,不形成方位;当对另一方(形成方位时,甚至可以对自己)用 to. 上面的话可以这样: There are many books available to you/me/him/her.

后跟人时，两个都可以用，意思一样的

但是后跟sth时一般用for，至于doing sth就更是只能用for了

这一句不太对
the restrictons on money availble to them不对

这个一定不是老外写的.但是这么说他门还听的懂.

the restrictons on money (is) availble for them.对
这个老外100%听的懂了.
