如果只是口语不好的话可以尝试按按键用莫尔斯电码交流： ——— --- ———

你就说，would you mind sending an email to me？ My email ID is xxx@xxx.com.然后等他发你邮件慢慢看。至于理由就随便你了，你可以照实说，My English is not good, it is difficult for me to understand you on line,would you mind.....?

或者你可以说The reception is not good（信号不好），would you mind....?就OK啦。
