随着全球经济一体化的发展，世界的贸易额以突飞猛进的速度增长，自中国加入世界贸易组织之后，我国贸易增长速度更是迅速提高，这一系列变化对我国的港口系统带来了空前的压力。当国内众多港口在兴建集装箱枢纽港和努力提高港口吞吐量的时候，人们往往乐于追求先进的设施设备，而忽视高效率的基础--生产组织管理。但硬件设施设备属于一种长期的投资，投入成本高，回收慢。本文意在通过基于集装箱码头岸桥装卸序列的次序安排为基础，研究集装箱码头各种设备资源的优化调度，以使船舶和内陆客户等待时间、设备的有效作业时间最短，提高设备的生产效率和经济效益。本文的主要内容如下：
1、研究分析集装箱码头物流系统的基本流程，并在此基础上建立的岸桥－集卡－堆场龙门吊的优化调度模型，以岸桥装卸序列中箱组的集装箱装卸次序为决策，运用集束搜索的方法对模型进行了求解。
2、通过对历年吞吐量数据的归纳，运用BP神经网络的方法预测模型中所需要的未来几年的吞吐量数据。
3、研究了模型中所需的模拟输入数据的生成方法。
