First of all, I think poverty is not only no money, and some lack of education are also poor, although their material life is very full, but their very lack of spiritual life.I do not know how the American in the 80's definition of the poor, but I think now the Chinese people who have no money and no educated person the same definition of poverty, in spite of their different nature.(谨代表个人观点，英语能力不够，可能会有语法错误）
