保证人在本合同项下应付的所有款项均应全额支付，不得作任何抵销或反请求或保留，并免于任何性质的税项及其它扣减或预提。如果保证人根据任何法律或主管机关的要求对向债权人支付的任何款项作出任何该等扣减或预提，保证人应在付款同时，支付一笔额外款项，以确保债权人所收到在不要求作出该等扣减或预提时本应收到的金额。保证人应立即将正式收据副本或其它证明交给债权人，以表明任何该等扣减或预提款项已向相关税务或其它当局支付。

保证人的上述声明和保证在本合同有效期内须始终保持正确无误，并且保证人将随时按债权人的要求提供进一步的文件。

Guarantor in this contract under the deal with all the money should be paid in full, shall not make any set-off or counterclaim or retained, and from taxes of any nature and other deduction or withholding. If the guarantor under any law or the competent authority's request to the creditor of any payments made to make any such deduction or withholding, the guarantor should be paid at the same time, to pay an additional amount to ensure that creditors are not required to make in the Receiving such deduction or withholding when the amount to be received. Guarantor shall immediately a copy of official receipts or other proof to the creditor to show that any such deduction or withholding of tax-related amounts have been paid or other authorities.

Guarantor of the above statement and to ensure the validity of this contract shall always maintain a correct, and the guarantor will be requested at any time by the creditor to provide further documents.
