UC知道（急）shipping account到底是指的什么啊

哪位帮忙指点一下，从addgene定的东西在海关卡住又退回去了，到现在不明白这里的shipping account 是什么东西啊

就是他们要求你提供DHL或FEdex的快递付费账号，但是因为你是个人，估计是没有的；
不过从他们的描述来看，这个情况很奇快，是因为货物到了国内，因为清关问题，已经被退回到国外去了；而且在退回去之前，DHL好像联系过你，但是没有联系上；这样的话，他们要承担两次的国际快递费，所以他们要你提供快递账号，以免又被退运；
这里有两个问题，一个是你是否没有留下你的电话给他们，导致DHL没有联系上你；另外你订购的是什么东西，为什么清关会被退回。
