我今天打算去练瑜伽，但因为来例假，有些体式不能做，所以我想跟老师说。我们的老师是印度人，所以他是讲英语的。有英语高手知道该怎么表达吗？大家帮帮忙哦，不然到时会很尴尬的~~~

I'm planning to do yoga today, but because of my period(menstrual cycle), I can't do some of the moves, so I want to tell the instructor. Our instructor is Indian, so he speaks English.
