HTTP Status 404 这种错误 一般是你要访问的资源找不到，上面写的 Servlet action is not available 你跳转的ACTION 根本找不到 说明你的URL 地址写的有问题 ，你自己再好好检查下。

servlet没有在web.xml中没有配置，或者配置有误，仔细检查一下

你的Servlet是否在 web.xml 中进行了配置。或者说配置的是否正确。

看看maping, name 是否正确。

访问的资源不可用，是你的路径写错了吧，服务器上找不到URL指定的资源。
