关于火灾的小短文

Last night, there was a fire broke out in a street of Caoyang District in Beijing. The fire stated from a residence of a senior official, a senior colonel of the MSS, who was said to be heavily drunk at the time after beating his wife. By this morning, it is still not sure whether the fire was set intentionally or it was an accident. Both the MSS colonel and his wife were found dead at the scene, and their 27-year-old son is still missing. The police is investigation the allegation that their son's involvement in a drug smuggling case.
