提单TO ORDER

信用证上写到:make out to order of bank of ceylon notify:applicant
那我做提单的时候是不是consignee 上写to order
notify party:写开证申请人?

MAKE OUT TO ORDER OF BANK OF CEYLON NOTIFY :APPLICANT.
这里做提单的时候收货人consignee应该是：to order of ceylon bank.
通知人notify party: 是开证申请人一般也是买方。

你的提单是要求做成

to order of bank of ceylon
这个必须严格相符，一点都不能差

notify写成申请人就行了

consignee： to order of bank of ceylon （这个是指示性抬头）

notify: applicant （开证申请人，就是买方，）
