Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Wuhan hereby grants to CPU a nonexclusive, royalty-free, nonsublicensable right to make Microspheres within Wuhan’s specifications in worldwide using or incorporating Wuhan Technology for sale exclusively to Wuhan and Authorized Wuhan Affiliates. Other than the preceding grant, CPU shall have no rights whatsoever to Wuhan Technology.
