1.在参数画面中，用户在参数修改之前，须记住修改前的参数以便能在参数修改错误时及时恢复参数值，同时应知道参数的有效表示（即有效范围）。详情见参数修改
2.在参数画面中,当用户在参数输入过程中出现输入有误的情况，可按“F1”按键（删除）删除有误的输入数据
3.控制器外接启动，停止按钮在按键时，须长按（一秒以上）
4.机箱接口IO模块COM2, 运动控制模块COM3在连接时决不允许插错。
5.在“光白”工作模式下运行时，若伺服电机因主轴速度过高而未拉料完成，此时外接蜂鸣器会报警响一声，整个机台停机。这时应将主轴电机速度调低并再次运行控制系统。
6.在“彩印”工作模式下运行时，若色标电眼未追到色，此时蜂鸣器将会报警。蜂鸣器连续报警3次，整个机台停机。此时应检查色标电眼的光标是否对准色标带位置。
7. 在“光白”或“彩印”工作模式下，每批计数最后5次送料，蜂鸣器将会报警输出，用来提醒操作人员当前批次送料即将完毕。

5.1 In the parameter picture, before parameter modification the user should remember the parameters before modification, so as to be cable to recover timely the original parameter values once modification error occurring, in addition the user should know the effective representation (i.e. effective range).
