答案是C 为什么不选D

rather than 和more than 都表示的“宁肯干某事，而不愿意干某事”，但是rather than 后面只能接的是动词原形，而more than则比较灵活，根据前面的谓语动词的时态和形式而定，他们表示的是从属联系，有比较的含义，但这里的more 并不表示比较级，要区分清楚

故选C.
D去掉to后也正确.

用rather than,前后比较的内容形式要一致,如果是不定式就都是不定式,如果是分词就都分词

如果用D,要说

He likes doing some reading at home rather than going to the cinema.

用C,就是一般性的比较,没有"宁愿"这种语气的加强.
He likes doing some reading at home more than going to the cinema.
格式很工整,意思也正确.

此外more than 中的more在这里就是比较级! 为什么说不是?!

he likes eating apples more than eating pears
这样说应该挺简单明了吧
