摘要:本次设计为:某医药公司700立方米/天制药废水处理站初步设计。主要为维生素B12发酵废液,主要成分为:水,蛋白质,氨基酸和较高浓度的硫酸盐,其中含有较高浓度的BOD,COD。属高浓度有机废水。本次设计征对这种制药废水的特点,对水处理的各种主要处理工艺作了比较。并从中选取了最合理的处理工艺,即:上流式厌氧污泥法和序批示活性污泥法结合的工艺。并且对水处理构筑物作了详细的计算,其中包括:各构筑物的容积,体积的设计计算;进水,出水,进泥,出泥位置和泥量的计算等,由于有沼气产生,预曝沉淀池,SBR反应池需要供养设备,因此设计了贮气柜和鼓风机房。通过对水利损失的计算,确定了各构筑物的高程,为绘制高程布置图和平面布置图提供了依据。而且活性污泥经脱水机脱水后可以用做肥料或做深埋处理。最后对整个工艺作了经济核算,经核算,处理每立方米污水的费用为0.59元,因此,这种出处理工艺在经济上完全可行。
