1.business含所有商业行为,最广泛. 包括个体,如:he has his hotdog business.
company则是依法成立的任何公司
firm多指服务性公司,如 law firm,PR firm

2.因field & car park 自已不会有动作,而是被动

company:公司，一般规模较大，有自己的规模，制度，文化，针对的是某一个特定的公司

firm：也是公司，一般指规模较小的公司 ，也就可以是厂商、商号、事务所等，某公司的办事处，是合伙的公司但没有合并

business和它们没关系，是商业的意思，在这里作形容词
