摘 要
本文提出了一种适用于静位移的测量、振动位移的测量、旋转机械中监测转轴的振动测量的高精度电涡流检测技术测量位移方法。介绍了以单片机实现该方法的电涡流测距系统,系统由AT89C51单片机、电涡流传感器位移采集电路、ADC0804A/D转换电路、1602液晶显示电路组成。
位移信号由电涡流传感器采集,经UA741放大后,由ADC0804模数转换器转换为数字量,由单片机进行采集,从而实现两点间的微小位移控制。通过液晶显示器显示位移。此系统具有易操作、测距准确度高和显示结果直观等优点。
