是现在完成进行时的。

是现在完成进行时的。
从理论上讲，1改为.He hasn't been ringing me up all morning
但是，1，2的时态选择都有误，1应用现在完成时，2应用一般现在时。
（只是题外话）
1.He didn't ring me up all the morning .
2.Does he stay at home every day ?
3.Where has he been reading books for six hours ?
1.He hasn't rung me up all morning.
第二、第三题都对。
第一个有误 1.He hasn't been ringing me up all morning
1改为.He hasn't been ringing me up all morning
2时态错，3还可以理解成他知道现在都在读书。
