我毕业设计的题目是纳米Al2O3/ TiO2/PI聚酰亚胺复合薄膜的制备,拟采用纳米TiO2、Al2O3等无机纳米粒子作为添加项,分别制备出TiO2/PI、Al2O3/PI和TiO2/Al2O3/PI复合薄膜,以期改善和提高聚酰亚胺膜的耐热性。
拟采用的具体制备过程如下:将原料均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)和4,4’-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)充分干燥,然后将二胺溶解在极性溶剂中 (N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc),N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP))中 ,再向其中加入微过量的二酐,形成聚酰胺酸(PAA)。然后将前驱体(仲丁醇铝,钛酸四丁酯,四乙基硅氧烷)分别加入到PPA中,在水和催化剂的作用下,使它们发生缩聚反应,生成凝胶。然后在玻璃板上用铺膜机铺膜,将铺膜后的玻璃板放入烘箱中热亚胺化,脱去溶剂和水分,即得到PI复合薄膜。
表征方法:
采用红外光谱仪测定未掺杂和用不同无机粒子掺杂的聚酰亚胺薄膜特征谱带的变化。
采用原子力显微镜观测不同掺杂量的聚酰亚胺薄膜的表面形貌。
采用热重分析仪测定未掺杂和用不同无机粒子掺杂的PI薄膜的热稳定性。
采用示差扫描量热仪测定测定未掺杂和用不同无机粒子掺杂的PI薄膜的热稳定性。
