很多经济学家觉得这样一个简单的，有偏向的模式并没有道理，因为一个喜欢带着不帮助生产力的偏向选择员工的公司，和一个善于利用女性较低工资水平的公司相比，在劳力方面花费要多。

言下之意好象是说有些公司只喜欢招男工，不一定对公司有帮助
