第二：如果此句改成we feel it is important that we should save money.对吗？还是说必须是上述那种形式宾语的形式？

这3个都是谓语动词，
你必须加一个连词。

再把should去掉句意就没问题了。
正确的：We feel it important that we save money.我感觉我们省钱是重要的。
