事实上答案是选A的。。。。。
但是我希望得到更为详细的解释。。。。

all more
没有all the more的用法,另外用来修饰形容词conspicuous只能是more.much后面一般是better.

晕,all the more果然有这个短语表示更加.不过这里我还是选C. ...

P.S.确实是要选A,我上面之所以固执地说要坚持选C,只是出于我的个人情感,因为说实话,学英语这么些年还真没听过有all the more这固定短语!呵呵,有点生气而已...另外,其实我还是认为all more按道理讲也应该行得通,因为all是和more分开的,them all他们全部,这个用法绝对没错!!more conspicuous更明显,这个用法也绝对是对的!!所以这道题目其实出得有问题!但是按照出题人的意图,这道题其实就是想考all the more这个少有的固定搭配!从这个角度讲,只能选它了,但是,我还是认为,其实C并没有错!我坚持!这个问题其实如果有兴趣的话可以上英文论坛去发个帖子问一问,肯定会有很多人跟帖...

另外,对于all the much和all much是肯定不能选的,因为much是用来修饰比较级的,much more,much better,只能这么用.不可能是much conspicuous
