摘要
随着网络技术的不断发展进步，网络内容的日趋丰富，各式各样的网络应用软件层出不穷。网络聊天工具软件QQ发展至今已有10于年的时间，在此期间，它由一款单一的聊天软件逐渐演变为现在的娱乐、通讯、交流等于一身的多功能软件。其影响力也逐渐扩大，现今几乎所有国内网民都为其软件的使用者。QQ软件对大众生活以及人际交流有着很大的影响，它的成功也有其必然性。
本文本文将结合笔者自身对QQ的使用经历，网络人际传播特点，QQ的功能的发展，对比其他获得成功的网络软件，以及相关调查资料来探究QQ软件对人际传播的影响。
本文认为，QQ软件其先发性、廉价性、便利性、特殊性以及功能发展的逐渐完善，是作为其本身成功的几个重要条件； 而另外人们对于网络内容与应用需求日益增大，对网络人际交流认识的逐渐成熟，是大家能迅速接受并且对其长期运用的几个关键因素。本文将着重从使用者与被使用者两方面深入研究讨论QQ对人际交流的影响以及其影响所涉及的利弊。

.The IM software QQ has been developing more than ten years, it has became a integration software with its comunication ,entertainment and intercomunication functions. by its huge influence,nearly most of chinese net citizens are the user of QQ, it has large influence of our interpersonal conmunication and daily life and i think QQ'S success has its necessarity
