目前我国还没有关于LED产品的标准，产品质量参差不齐，选择性能符合要求的产品及应用这些产品达到要求的照明效果是LED道路照明的关键所在，因此需要产品测试的保证及现场测试的验证，并从而比较传统路灯与LED路灯系统的能耗量，为LED路灯的照明设计及LED路灯的推广应用提供切实合理的建议，同时推动LED产业的健康发展。
