摘 要
中美贸易自1979年中美建交以来，两国之间的贸易发展迅速，合作规模不断扩大，领域不断拓宽，深度不断增强，贸易额从1979年的24.51亿美元，发展到2006年的2626.8亿美元。作为全球最大的发展中国家和最大的发达国家，中美两国之间的贸易关系意义重大，影响深远。探讨研究中美贸易关系，尤其是贸易摩擦关系，具有重要的理论和现实意义。本论文首先对中美贸易摩擦的现状进行分析并总结中美贸易摩擦的主要表现及特点，如贸易摩擦主要表现在美国对华反倾销和反补贴、知识产权保护、出口管制、贸易逆差等问题上。接着对中美贸易摩擦产生的主要原因进行详细的分析。通过分析得知，造成中美贸易摩擦的因素错综复杂，既有由于贸易规模扩大而随之产生的贸易摩擦的客观因素，也有人为操作所造成贸易摩擦的主观因素，但造成贸易摩擦的主要原因在于美方。最后，本文对中国方面应对贸易摩擦提出了若干对策建议，即建立协商机制，合理运用WTO相关规则；合理缩小中美贸易逆差，缓解贸易不平衡；继续完善人民币汇率制度；以扩大内需为长期发展战略，降低外贸依存度；优化升级出口产品结构，提高产品附加值；实施国际市场多元化战略，降低出口市场集中度。
