铝及其合金由于资源丰富,具有比重小、强度高、表面氧化膜有较强的抗腐蚀性能,被广泛应用各个领域,所以铝合金的焊接技术也在突飞猛进地发展,随之对其性能也提高了要求。若使铝合金焊接接头在使用当中得到优良的力学性能,就得通过焊接工艺试验来选用恰当的焊接参数,通过比较母材和焊缝及热影响区的力学性能和显微组织分析等,得出最佳焊接工艺参数。
本设计以LF6铝合金板材对接交流TIG焊接工艺为研究对象,在相应的工艺试验的基础上,通过焊缝力学性能试验发现,若焊接工艺参数合理,则拉伸后焊件基本都是在热影响区断裂;若焊接工艺参数不合理,焊件则在焊缝处断裂,在其焊缝中有明显的气孔或未焊透存在;通过金相组织分析发现,焊缝及热影响区的组织与母材的组织相差很大,在热影响区都有晶粒长大的迹像,还有一些杂质相的存在,这些都是降低铝合金力学性能的原因,焊缝区的晶粒和晶界会很明显,而且也会出现晶粒明显长大的迹象,所以也会出现断裂的现象。
通过分析,本设计得出LF6铝合金板材对接交流TIG焊较为合理的焊接工艺参数为焊接基值电流90A,脉冲电流170A,脉冲频率2Hz,焊接速度178mm/min,送丝速度0.9m/min,弧高h=4mm。
