摘要：目前随着WTO的加入和与国际化接轨的进程，货代业作为物流的一部分，也将面临
严峻的挑战和机遇，以笔者所在的上海地区中小型货代单位的业务流程为依托，全文从货代行业的业务与操作程序入手，将理论与实务进行比较分析，来探讨现代管理和信息技术对货代发展的影响，以及货代经营的改进策略。

Abstract: nowadays, with affiliated in WTO and jointed with internationalization gradually, as an important part of logistics, China freight agent industry is also faced with both baptism and opportunities. This paper begins from operations of freight agent industry and their operational programs, then analyses theories compared with practices, finally researches on the degrees of modern management and information technology affecting the development of freight agent industry, and improvement strategies of freight agent management.
