我觉得是病句,至少没什么人这样讲的.也不符合外国人的口语习惯,那句话我觉的说成是:
The hotel neighborhood to a garden.
A garden neighborhood to the hotel.
主要取决于说话人想表达的意图.
直译是旅馆附近是个花园 这个句子不应该这样做
