经过多方的努力，网上交易在我国已经取得了重大的进展。但是同发达国家相比，我们还有很大的差距，远远不能满足数字经济时代的快速发展需求。加入了WTO，我们将面对高度的现代化和信息化的外国网上交易技术的直接竞争，这种挑战是严峻的。如何发展和完善现在网上交易的现代化技术是我们面临的主要课题。
鉴于以上情况，本文从网上交易的概念入手，概括介绍了网上交易的概念、特征、方式及竞争策略；指出网上交易存在问题进行原因分析，并提出对策；重点对当前网上交易发展趋势做了合理预测：产业链的渗透、服务的高效、3G的融合、国际合作加强等。
网上交易不仅建立在快速发展的C&C、IT和WEB等高科技基础之上，还是建立在现代金融理论和现代管理科学基础之上的综合性学科，这些领域的发展又是日新月异的，限于本文的作者水平有限，文中的错误在所难免，恳请大家批评指正。
