Therefore，a new component-based and assemblage-oriented developing idea for the group companies was proposed with the help of the traditional industrial productive concepts (decomposition，standardization, exchange，custom-made，assembly ,return to original state，production line⋯) and basing on the newest achievements(say, software pattern，middleware，domain project，software product line)in component technology and software reuse technology .Namely, the group companies’ management software development method with decision-making as its focus and component-based and assemblage-oriented and dynamic adaptation，i.e. GECBD(group’s ERP on component-based development)method, was proposed，based on the existing component platforms(say, EOS or JB3)．Practically, the method provides reference for getting rid of the present plight of the large--scale group enterprise information construction，and explores the field of the software industrialization．
