Calculation of the bidding sum and positions
• The FCL-Bidding table is weighted. As sum of the bidding tables the deposited numbers of
containers/cbm/kg per destination/lane will be multiplied with offered freight rates
• The LCL-Bidding table is not weighted. As sum of the biding table the offered freight rates will
be added only
• Important: The calculated bidding sum (total sum) represents your individual total offer. You
can see this sum directly after having submitted the bid. The bidding sums could diverge
strongly
• The position of your quotes concerning single freight rates (single price and row-sum) will be
updated by the system daily at midnight (towards the end of the tender this update will be
done in shorter intervals). You can find the corresponding information beside the button [Edit
bid] as link named “My position”.
