三楼基本正解...但是句子里的是"man"呢,万一是女人怎么办? 然后那个"and"我也挺不喜欢......
这里说明一下,不是假装对你好..原意应该是这样:我是个自私的人，对你们好,只是为了自己不难过.

I am a selfish man, and treating you well can make myself not feel sad.

我是个自私的人，对你好是因为不会让我自己难过，

I am selfish, and I pretend to treat you well in order to make myself not so sad.
我和自私的，我假装对你好是不想自己太伤心

I am a selfish person. I pretend to be nice to you because I do not want to make myself sad. 我是一个自私的人。我假装对你好是因为我不想让自己伤心。

I am an egotist pleasing myself by treating you well.
