I agree withe the decision made by the Ministry of Education that I don't need to pay for the fear if I am willing to become a teacher in my hometown after graduation from university.
First of all.It is what I want to do after graduation that is to become a teacher because my hometown is not very rich and many students who come from poor villagers can't get very good education,I want to help them to achieve their dreams.
Secondly.My family won't have to afford mu fear and we can save a lot of money.
Finally,education is one of most important things for my motherland to develop fast, I'd like to become one of the people who want to become teachers .
Above all, I can get a lot benefit from it .Not only can my family save a lot of moeny ,but also can it help me to achieve my dream.

第二行的fear是fee 你是想说学费吧
第三行不必用it is ...that ...句式，直接用就可以，把那句式去掉
secondly..后面有错误，won't have to 双重否定表肯定
倒数第二行，but also 后面不必用倒装了
还有，你的单词有个别错误，我没有给你改，主要看了下语法，要是还有不明白的就给我留言！
第一行的that 后边要写decision 的内容！
第二行的fear 是fee
第三行的 is 去掉
倒数第三行 a lot of benefits
