【摘要】 目的：探讨社区护理干预产后抑郁症效果。方法：观察2005年5月—2008年5月在我院前分娩的产妇2680例，其中接受系统的产前健康宣教及产褥期家庭访视2200例为观察组，未接受产前健康宣教及产褥期家庭访视480例为对照组。观察两组产后抑郁症发生率。结果：观察组及对照组产后抑郁症发生率分别为8.45%（186/2200）、13.75%（66/480），观察组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：社区护理能有效地预防产后抑郁症的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the community of nursing intervention the effect of postpartum depression. Methods: May 2005 -2008 MONTH 5 years before my birth in the 2680 cases of maternal, one of acceptance of prenatal health education system and postpartum home visits for the observation of 2200 cases of group did not receive prenatal and postpartum home health education 480 cases of visits to the control group. Observation of the two groups the incidence of postpartum depression. Results: The observation group and control group, the incidence of postpartum depression were 8.45% (186/2200), 13.75% (66/480), the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The community care to be effective in preventing the occurrence of postpartum depression.
