我主要是不明白为什么in the past前是用“现在完成进行时”
我觉得可以这样理解 “in the last one month ”带有临时的性质 “上个月看到的”；而“in the past”则带有一种延续性“过去一直以来看到的”
现在完成进行时表示发生在过去的动作到目前已经部分完成,（我们过去看到的伤寒症案例）并将继续进行下去（现在和将来还会看到）。这种时态的特点是强调已部分完成的动作仍将继续进行下去。
有in the past one month应该是现完
如果是过完的话那就是过去的过去 在这句句子里显然事情是发生在in the past month里的 不应该是过完
In the past+ 一段时间 用现在完成时！
