on fire是着火，不是恼火。“会恼火”最好用表示动作的而非状态的词，--I become angry /am always annoyed when I see anyone jump the queue.
I am annoyed to see someone/anyone jump the queue.

I was on fire when I saw someone jumped the queue.

I am annoyed when the person cut in line.
