windows2000的svchost进程只剩下一个怎么办

我刚开机时win2000的svchost进程有两个，操作正常。等弹出窗口提示:svchost进程错误，将被windows关闭，这时查svchost进程只剩一个，而且失去复制和粘贴功能，office excel的文件也打不开，严重有时鼠标不能用，还会出现死机，麻烦请哪位高手帮我指点一下，先谢谢的！！！！！！！
