Nowadays the TV media has played a decisive role in spreading the Olympic spirit. 29th Olympic Games held in Beijing in 2008, and the mainstream media of all of the world came to report.China Central Television as a national television station, is China's most competitive one of the mainstream media,caused much media attention around the world. In this paper,much space of research are given to the Olympic channel. To analyze the report on previous Olympic Games, like the arrange and change of the program as well as preparation and at the same time the innovation and success. Reports on the Olympic Games opening and closing ceremonies of China Central Television and the United States on the NBC televisions' were compared. Finally, development trend of TV media coverage on the Olympic Gamesthis was estimated.
