火狐如何修复呀，求各位高手帮下忙！！！！

启动火狐后就提示：错误 the program must close to allow aprexious installation attempt to complete.Please restart.
重启也不好使，重新装火狐也不行！到底怎么了？拜托帮帮忙吧！

这种情况一般是Profile出了问题...

处理方法是删除Profile文件夹,可以再卸载时选删除用户配置,也可以自己找到这个文件夹后删除

Windows 2000 和 XP:
