我觉得改为：Do your sister and brother have two toys?更妥，有没有Have your sister and brother two toys?的改法？

有Have your sister and brother two toys? 这样的改法 因为 have 也可以作为助动词来使用

可以这样Have your sister and sister got two toys?

两种说法都可以接受。前一种为美式英语，后一种为英式英语。

Do your sister and brother have two toys?更好

你的改法很对，应该用do引导，have此处是实义词不能引导一般疑问句，只能用do,我觉得这样更好：
Do my sister and brother have two toys?

Do your sister and brother have toys？可以…还有一种不可以吧。如果是口语就没问题…
