纯镁及AZ61镁合金在含硼酸的磷酸盐中成膜后,在水、碱溶液及钒盐溶液中进行封闭处理。采用点滴试验、孔隙率测试和模拟海水浸泡的腐蚀方法对封闭后的膜层进行测试,用光学显微镜对腐蚀前后的微观形貌进行观察,讨论了腐蚀机理。试验表明,在水中封闭的膜层的耐蚀性最好,膜层的孔隙率较低。

Abstract:

The pure magnesium and AZ61 magnesium alloy containing boric acid phosphate in the film, in water, alkali solution and the vanadium salt solution will be closed to deal with. The use of drip tests, porosity tests and simulation methods of seawater immersion on the corrosion layer after closed testing, using optical microscopy morphology before and after corrosion were observed on the corrosion mechanism. Tests showed that the films in water and closed the best corrosion resistance, low porosity layer.
