讨厌MS是dislike吧,别扯到爱,咱要表达的纯洁的朋友关系

hate的语气比较重， 不适用于友情。 应该可选一下两种可能：
1. why can't you accept me as a friend?
2. Why you you dislike me?

语气比较重 （why do you hate me?） （why you feel hatred towards me？）
语气比较轻 适用于朋友（why you don't like me？）
（Why do you dislike me?）（why do you loathe me？）
或者（why can't you accept me as a friend?）

Why can't you love me?
Why can't you accept me?
Why can't I be your friend?
Why am I not qualified enough to be your friend?

What have I done to make you dislike me?

dislike是不喜欢 也可以指朋友之间

我觉得 Why do you dislike me? 比较好，用hate的语气太强烈了。
