The gymnastic exercises is an important standard to reflect our present elementary student good spiritual outlook, is an opportunity to fully demonstrate our young blood, is helpful in strengthening the health, eliminate us the weariness which produces in the study, prevent the body to be abnormal, protect the vision, raise the study efficiency effectively. But in the school some part of schoolmates, earnestly have still not completed the gymnastic exercises, the movement does not arrive, whole joints of our body cannot achieve the exercises effect, it is far from the health care through the gymnastic exercises.
